These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text-messaging program operated by Flippin Loan LLC (hereinafter “Flippin Loan, we, us or our”). By opting in, you agree to these terms.
1. Program Description
When you provide your mobile number and opt in, Flippin Loan may send you text messages relating to your account, loan, or request. This is a customer-care and account-servicing program — for example, responses to your questions, servicing and status updates, document requests, and reminders. We do not send marketing text messages under this program.
2. Consent / Opt-In
You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages — for example, verbally, on a form or application, or by contacting us and requesting text communication. Your consent is not a condition to any loan or service; it is merely an additional service provided by Flippin Loan for your convenience.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and your communications with us.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, according to the plan you have with your wireless carrier. Flippin Loan does not charge for the text messages, but your carrier’s rates apply.
5. Opting Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to any message. After you do, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further messages unless you opt in again.

7. Supported Carriers & Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
8. Privacy
